Buffet Service – Our team sets up and serves a full BBQ buffet, including your choice of three meats and three sides, plus all the essentials—cutlery, chafers, sternos, rolls, BBQ sauce, and pickles. Service lasts for two hours, starting at $2,100 for a minimum of 50 guests.

Food Truck Catering – Bring the restaurant to your doorstep with our fully equipped food truck! Customize your menu and let your guests enjoy fresh, made-to-order BBQ straight from the truck. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Packages start at $2,500 for a minimum of 50 guests.
Curbside Pick-Up Catering
Hosting an event but don’t need full service? Our pick-up catering trays are a hassle-free way to serve up our delicious craft BBQ. We prepare our smoked meats and homemade sides in ready-to-serve sheet pans, designed for easy heating with a chafer-sterno setup. Just pick up, heat, and enjoy! 24-hour notice required.
